Tourplan “Top Ten” Winners
Alongside co-winners Cisco Systems, EMC, Google Adwords, IBM, McAfee, Microsoft Surface Support, PTC and Red Hat in the Open Division, Tourplan and SirsiDynix were named winners in the Small Company Division (annual revenues below $500 million).
Award winners were selected by a panel of judges with expertise in Web support design and implementation, using a scoring system based on 25 separate performance criteria including:
- Overall usability, design, and navigation
- Knowledgebase and search implementation
- Interactive features
- Community engagement
- The major site development challenge
Tourplan’s site along with the other 9 winners will be profiled in a book called “The Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2014”, to be published later in the year..
