TECNZ Tourism Trade Checklist

The Tourism Trade Checklist, formerly known as TECNZ’s Health & Safety Checklist, is the ‘go-to’ place for trade when sourcing all business compliance information for tourism operators.

This platform aims to promote quality tourism operators who comply with New Zealand’s regulations. The checklist allows operators to easily upload their trade relevant information to a directory, which is then accessed by ITOs.

What is the WTTC Safe Travels Stamp?

The Safe Travels stamp allows travellers and other Travel & Tourism stakeholders to recognise destination authorities and companies around the world that have implemented health and hygiene protocols that are aligned with WTTC’s Global Safe Travels Protocols. The Safe Travels stamp does not indicate the level of COVID-19 in a destination.

TECNZ has aligned with the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) to become a lead agency with authority to issue New Zealand tourism businesses with the ‘Safe Travels’ Stamp to enable our industry for a swift and robust recovery.

• Globally recognised and developed by the WTTC to provide recognition for the tourism trade and domestic and international consumers
• Provides confidence and encourages both consumers and tourism trade to book New Zealand tourism businesses after displaying the ‘Safe Travels’ Stamp
• Available to all businesses in the New Zealand tourism industry who align the WTTC Safe Travels Protocols.
