YoungTEC Mentorship Programme

Our mentors have provided guidance, motivation, emotional support to hundreds of YoungTEC members – with many still in contact to this day.

The 2024 Mentorship programme has been completed.  Thanks to all those who participated and keep an eye out for the 2025 programme next year.

“I love the Mentee program for TEC – it gives me such a kick dealing with positive, smart industry professionals. And I am often surprised at how it’s the simple stuff that helps the most.  We’ve got so good at complicating (and creating stress) our lives that distilling things down seems to be helping so many people.

I’m super excited to see who this year’s Mentee is, although I am still in touch with my other mentees! “ – Georgina Torrington, Brooke Serene.
